COVID-19 Response Plan
Due to the COVID-19 Issue, Cummings Management is taking the following measures to provide service to your community and to keep its employees, co-owners and subcontractors safe:
- Non-emergency work orders such as interior work may be postponed at this time.
- Board Meetings and Annual Meetings are cancelled until April 30th or until further notice.
- Cummings Management Offices will be closed for any onsite visits from non-employees.
- Onsite visits with managers/subcontractors will not be held until further notice.
- We are recommending co-owners to use the Associations on line portals. If you have not set up an account, please contact your property manager to obtain the information to do so.
- Our phone lines will be open but if you do not receive a live person to speak to, please leave a voice message and a representative will respond to you. While we do have the resources to service your community during this difficult time, we ask that you be patient and communicate with your Property Manager.
