Kay has been with Cummings
Property Management since 1977. She has seen Cummings Property
Management grow from managing one association to its current size of
over 90. Kay’s experience is not only shared among her office and the
associations that she manages, but she is often asked to speak for
audiences on a variety of topics for community associations. Her
commitment to education and excellence has commanded Cummings Property
Management to be the foremost leader in condominium management in the
Genesee County Area. |

Mary Eckert |
Mary has been with Cummings
Property Management since 1994. Throughout her time with Cummings,
Mary has managed several properties throughout all of Genesee
County. Currently her responsibilities include Accounts Receivables for all of the associations that Cummings Property
Management oversees. In addition Mary handles the
collection of condominium dues. |

Ron Lundberg

Ron has been with Cummings
Management since 1997 and manages several communities in the Davison
and Lapeer Area. His 23 years of experience at General Motors in
Building Trades & Management and Labor Relations has helped Ron manage
his properties effectively. It is this experience that directly helps
him negotiate and supervise contracts along with the creation and
maintenance of annual association budgets. |

Joseph Bushey |
Joe has been with Cummings
Property Management and Cummings Realty since May of 1999. Joe is a graduate of the
University of Michigan, with a Bachelors Degree in Economics.
Currently Joe Manages 3 community associations, receives all
incoming new business and is the associate broker of Cummings
Realty. In addition, all technology enhancements are overseen
by Joe. |

Dolores Ledtke |
Dolores (Dee) has been with
Cummings Management since January of 2000. Dee’s 16 years previous
work experience and degree from Detroit College of Business in Office
Administration benefits our office immensely. Dee currently assists in
the management duties for seven condominium complexes, assists in
various projects within the office, manages the office supplies,
water & sewer bills, postage & copy billings, answers
incoming calls and greets and assists guests when they come into the
office.

Karin joined the Cummings Property
Management staff in April, 2001. Karin has an Associate Degree
and is working toward a Bachelors Degree specializing in Math.
Karin previously worked for 13 years in an accounting office for a
large retail business. Karin was a stay-at-home mother for 10
years, but remained very active in her three children's school by
serving as the President of the PTA and chairing several fund-raising
committees. Karin currently assists in the management duties for
several condominium complexes and is instrumental in processing new
co-owner information. |

Sharon has an
Associates Degree in Marketing, a Bachelors Degree in Business
Management and her Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
Certification. She brings over 20 years of experience as an
Executive Administrator, Advertising Coordinator and Regional Human
Resources Manager to Cummings. Also, Sharon has resided in a
condominium for over 13 years and understands the rewards and
challenges of community association living. Sharon currently
assists with management duties for 12 complexes. |

Mickey joined the
Cummings staff in August 2002. He has a bachelor of Arts and a
Masters Degree from Eastern Michigan University in the educational
field. He also has 30 hours of post Graduate work in the
administration area. Mickey worked for Flint Holy Rosary
School as a teacher/ coach for 12 years and 25 years at Kearsley
School as an Athletic Administrator. his experience in
personnel, budgeting, purchasing and problem solving give him invaluable
experience for management responsibilities. |

Terry joined the
Cummings staff in June 2002 after completing his career at Kearsley
Schools as a teacher, coach, Director, Administrator and Dean of
Students. He has a Bachelors Degree in Biology and Masters
Degree in Educational Administration. He also has 30 hours of
Post Graduate in Community Education. Terry is known as a people
person and problem solver, which serves him well as a Management
Specialist. |

Ryan Amsler has worked for
Cummings Management since August of 2003 and has a management
portfolio consisting of a mixture of Site Condominiums and
traditional attached style condos. Ryan is also
a licensed Real Estate Agent and is enthusiastic about
his future with Cummings Realty, listing and selling condos. |

Debbie has been with
Cummings Property Management since August, 2003. She has an
Associates degree in Para Legal Technology and Business
Administration. Prior to Cummings, Debbie worked as a District
Court Recorder/ Judicial Secretary and retired from Genesee County
in 1993; owned and operated a Landscape Supply and Mini Storage
facility for 13 years. Debbie currently assists in the
management duties for 20 condominium complexes. |

Brian started working at
Cummings Property Management in 2004. Brian manages several
Condominium groups throughout Genesee County. He graduated
from the Michigan State University Landscape Program, is a master
gardener and previously owned & operated a landscape
co. |

Rick officially joined
Cummings Management in the fall of 2004 after retiring from Kearsley
High School. He spent 33 years as choral director there.
He has unofficially been around the management for many years, first
as a painter in many of the projects, and then as a fill-in with Kay
Cummings by attending meetings and meeting co-owners whenever
needed. He has his Real Estate license and several years
evaluating condo problems. He now manages several projects and
assists the office and management staff with their technology in
communicating with the various Boards of Directors. |

Jim has been with
Cummings Property Management for 2 years and is currently managing
12 Associations on the I-75 corridor between Flint and Auburn
Hills. Prior to Cummings, Jim was in management with General
Motors Corporation for 30 years. He has had assignments in
Flint and Saginaw Michigan as well as in Tonawanda New York, Satillo
Mexico and Mexico, DF. He enjoys teaching at Cornerstone
University in the Professional and Graduate Studies area. He
is also an avid hunter and fisherman spending many hours in the
woods and on the water. |

Laina joined the Cummings
Property Management team in March 2008. Laina has a Bachelor
Degree in business administration with a concentration in human
resources management and a minor in marketing. Prior to
working at Cummings, Laina worked in the apartment industry for 4
years. She currently assists in the management duties for 23
condominium complexes. |

Joyce Engelmann joined the
Management team at Cummings in 2007. She holds an
Associates Degree in Business Administration and certification in
software training for Word and Excel. She is the owner of
TutorComp, a business specializing in software training, and has
worked 10 years as an independent contractor instructing Microsoft
classes for Eastern, Oakland Community, and Walsh colleges.
Her past management experience consisted of 10 years with Detroit
Bank &Trust/Comerica Bank serving in Branch Management, 15 years
in "Home" Management (serving on school, church and
community boards), and presently Condo Management. Joyce's
management portfolio consists of 2 site condos and 5 traditional
condos throughout Oakland and Macomb counties. |

Sharon has been with
Cummings Property Management since August 2006. She started as
an assistant in the management of several condominium
complexes. Currently her responsibilities lie in the Accounting
Department where she is responsible for the Cummings Corporate
bookkeeping, Accounts Payable for all the condominium associations
that Cummings Property Management oversees, as well as assisting
Mark Eckert in the Accounts Receivable Department. Sharon
comes to Cummings Property Management with 11 years experience as an
Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper in the Building industry. |
