Dear Directors:
With Labor Day behind us and fall activities now being scheduled, we hope that the majority of your summer maintenance goals have been met. As we mentioned last month, we are setting our sights on getting our budgeting process off to a strong start by offering an opportunity to do some of the preliminary work at our office with managers and our finance department personnel.
We have booked the following dates in our conference room to provide worksheets, calculators, managers and financial help:
Tuesday October 13, 2009 starting at 1:00 PM
Tuesday October 20, 2009 starting at 9:00 AM
Monday October 26, 2009 starting at 6:30 PM
If you would like to attend, we must receive your reservation via e-mail (), by a call to our office (810/715-5310 or 800/965-5292), or online registration on our website. Due to seating limitations, we will not be able to accommodate last minute drop-ins to these events.
We are pleased to announce that we have fully revamped our corporate website. If you have not been on our website, please take a look and become familiar with what we offer online at www.CummingsManagement.com. We have spent considerable time organizing our past website into a simplified, easier and more professional format. Several future functions of the website will be announced and even available for demonstration. The first enhancement currently under development provides the ability for each community to have its own specific website. As soon as this product is completed, we will announce a meeting for each community to evaluate what the sites can do to shave costs off of current administration as well as enhance each community with a professional, state of the art website.
All of this work is geared towards enhancing our relationship with you and your association members. Again, please check out our website and be ready for future information detailing the ongoing developments. As we value your input, please let us know what you think of the site.
