For our current clients we are happy to offer the convenience of online payment of your association dues. See below for your options- E-Check--Our Most Popular Choice.  This option allows for an owner to One Time as well as Schedule Ongoing payments from an account of their choice, for free.  You will need your coupon payment booklet in order to enter all of the necessary information. Credit Card & Debit Card Payments-New--This option allows for users of Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover to pay their dues with their credit card and debit cards with an additional cost of processing.  You will need the account number from your coupon payment booklet in order to process your credit and debit card transactions.  ACH- Owners may select to just have their dues paid automatically by Cummings Management from a designated account.  This option is free and does require that you have a zero balance on your account before your registration can be processed.  To sign up for this service, select ACH Sign Up.  Return to Owner Services
