Fall bring outs beautiful colors with the changing of the leaves and not to forget the hunters in blaze orange :-). The cooler weather also sparks the budget preparation and planning for the upcoming year. As announced last month, we are hosting multiple Budget Seminars to work hands-on with your association's 2010 budget. Due to high demand, some of the sessions are already filled, however, there are still seats availablefor theOctober 20th and October 26th sessions. Our biggest announcement this month is related to the information enclosed regarding community web sites. Following the recent revamping of our corporate website, we are excited to now be positioned to offer individual community websites. This new option is available to each of our clients as a consideration to add to the services provided by Cummings Property Management. Please review the announcement letter enclosed for further details. In order to fully understand the benefits to decide if this service is something worthwhile for your community, we are going to host two informational meetings at our office in October. The Web Services Meetings will be held at our office at 7:00PM on October 21st and 29th. To register to attend, either call our office or go online to register. If neither of these times work for your schedule, a private session can be scheduled by calling and setting up an appointment. Please take a moment to see what a community website can do to improve your community and way you service your membership.
We are thankful to have added two new communities to our office. At this time, we welcome to our family of managed properties, Cliff View Village of Fenton and Heritage Crossings of Flint.
