Grande Villas is nestled in the heart of Howell, Michigan with a total of 90 single family homes.  The community was built during the years 1998-2001.  The buildings are a mixture of attached and detached units ranging from 1 to 4 units per building.  The community members have private access to a pool and clubhouse, a tennis court and an ample play area for children.  We thank you for visiting our website and we welcome you to Grand Villas.  

The community is overseen by a Board of Directors that is comprised of members of the community.  The directors are voted onto the Board annually and fulfill numerous duties to govern the affairs of the association.  To aide in the support of the day to day activities, the Board has elected to hire professional management by Cummings Property Management.  For contact with Cummings Management, go to the Contacts page.
